We provide individual sessions and appointments. As a Vedic Counsellor and Meditation Teacher, Sailesh takes individual appointments for those who wish to talk with an experienced guide and life teacher. Sailesh can be booked for:
- Vedic numerology - learn the influence of your birth numbers to gain insight into emotional and relationship states to enhance your wellbeing. This can be beneficial when one feels 'stuck' with a pattern (vasanas), a recurring health issue or relationship issue and with emotional blockages.
- Holistic counselling - receive guidance from a spiritual and Vedic point of view. Vedic counselling generally incorporates a wide range of modalities including lifestyle advice and coaching, numerology, personal guidance and spiritual guidance.
- Individualised meditation consultation -discover the style that best suits you and learn how to get the most out of your practice
